Over the last 12 months we have purchased two properties. Neither purchase would have been possible without Wenona's help. Our second property was a tough situation where a husband and wife could not agree on value. Wenona called and spent an hour on the phone with the couple and got them to accept our offer, which was 25k under asking (It fell in line with the appraisal). Wenona is a true professional who investigates problems and finds solutions all parties can agree on. I have never worked with a more dedicated, capable realtor. My wife and I have been looking for an investment property for a while. Wenona helped us analyze properties and find good prices to use as offers. We missed on a couple, but we finally found the right one. There were multiple offers and Wenona was the only realtor that called the listing agent to find out what we could bring in addition to money to capture the deal. It turns out the owners were concerned they would not have enough time to move out before closing. Wenona suggested we allow them 30 days of occupancy after closing. It worked. We actually beat a cash offer that was the same amount money. After closing the sellers were still occupying the house and the water heater broke. Wenona had them replace it at no cost to us, even though we owned the house at that time. Wenona is a true professional and will do the work to be on your team. You could not ask for a better agent.
